Dispatch received 3 unrelated calls this week reporting ice cream truck cruising downtown bars and selling to intoxicated patrons. Reports indicate the truck starts its run from this area. Possible merchant license violation, hours of service violation, health violation. Possible territorial dispute with local trucks.
